Tangerines=love + Gyaru style is wearing off? (´ω`。)グスン

brrr, cold, cold, cooold ~~
When cold is here, I feel down and sooo lazy... So, I usually put my roomwear, download some anime and cover myself with my frog blanket while I'm eating tangerines. Tangerines remember me the winter and cold... mmm, Maybe I don't hate cold as much as I know... But only if I'm at home! Of course!

Snack fot this evening: green tea and tangerines ~

I was watching this month's Popteen when I thought that.... Gyaru style is becoming more normal and natural, it's like a style wearable for anybody in west. What do you think?

Ejemplos/Examples:

A very current outfit for my opinion. Is it gyaru?

Turtleneck shirt with boring colors...

Hikari (and I LOVE HER! ) is wearing a ¿rock/goth? boots, and she still looks gyaru!

¿No creéis?

With these opinion I want to suggest you that maybe gaijin gyarus make the "gyaru style rules" so tight and too strict. Do you think that?

The next post will be more interesting! I promise!

  2. I actually like this year's retro trend. I think gyaru is getting more and more mature even for the younger ones (you know the younger gyarus)? I don't know how to exactly describe it but to me it's not as wild anymore as it used to be? That should describe it pretty well.

Just think of mamba, even though there are still some who do the style they've become rare :/

  3. Yea gyaru is really working the natural trend right now. Even the makeup is going towards the natural side.

  4. Yeah, it seems this last issue was way too "natural".
I like the cute & pink style more!
